Google Teacher Academy for Administrators 2010

The Google Teacher Academy for Administrators has issued a call for applications from K-12 administrators for a FREE professional development program to increase use of innovative technologies. Each Academy is an intensive, one-day event.

Participants have

- hands-on experience with Google’s free products and other technologies,
- learn about innovative instructional strategies,
- receive resources to share with colleagues, and
- learn how to apply examples from Google’s innovative corporate environment.

Upon completion, Academy participants become Google Certified Teachers.

Each GCT will share what they learn with other K-12 educators in their local region – and around the world.

The next Google Teacher Academy: March 5, 2010 before the ASCD conference in San Antonio, Texas.
